What we do
Frankly, the idea of establishing a training center to teach fellow doctors how to do FUE for better results, came from the wild popularity of Dr. Ilter’s demonstrations worldwide. As one of the most trusted surgeons in the field, he has been asked to present his cases and share his views in many international conferences. His approach has been widely discussed and shared for the consistently outstanding results it produces.
Why only 1,5 percent?
What we do in the Ilter Center is to share how to produce similar results through FUE. Hair transplantation surgeons worldwide are currently helping about 1.5% of potential patients, so we think it is a good idea to try to grow this number. In 2008, the industry grew by 150%. So you can see that there is not only room for many more talented surgeons, but there are also tremendous opportunities in a new and growing field.
Your own business
We are hoping that many of the doctors who take our training course is interested in opening their own surgical practice and going into business themselves. As attractive as this idea is, it will need a whole different set of skills. Part of what we do here is to introduce you to these skills. Inadequate or bad planning among other factors lies at the bottom of most failed enterprises. At the Ilter Center we will plan your business with you so you have a strong basis to work with. Becoming a business entrepreneur/surgeon is a lot to learn in a short time but we will be there for you with our support system when you run into difficulties.
In short, what we do in the Ilter Center is to train you to gain the necessary surgical skills to perform FUE with exceptional results and also train you in business basics so you can own and operate a successful medical practice.
