Managing time, resources and results are among those though challenges.  This training for hands-on training participants will give the essential basic business curriculum for clinic owners or for those who are thinking of establishing their own hair restoration practice.

In trying to balance the technical aspects of hair restoration and business needs, we see a lot of confusion in many practices. At the ILTER Center will give you the basic business concepts to make sure the health of your business.

This 7-hour course will offer the necessary grounding in business concepts and incorporate the guidance needed to develop and carry out your plans for running a successful hair transplantation surgery practice. You will learn the key elements of critical success factors necessary to make sure an effective management. We will show you how to turn your ideas into an achievable business plan. You will also build your confidence in looking at figures in financial statements and understand their meaning and the implications they have for your business.

Business planning is critical in the achievement of your business goals and hitting targets. We will start with a business plan that we will develop during the training course. Think of this plan as a roadmap for the future. This training provides a thorough grounding in how to create and implement your own business plan. You will address the key strategic, planning and budgetary issues for implementing a successful plan and have the opportunity to review the first stages of the plan using your own data. In this training course, you will find the key steps of the business planning process, manage the budgetary aspects of the business plan and learn how to review and revise your plan.
